- little energy: drink water, go to the window for a moment, sit down and breathe - medium energy: walk briefly, listen to music, clean up - a lot of energy: climbing stairs, walking out quickly, light exercise

At the crucial moment, you simply choose the right activity and get started straight away.

This creates the experience, step by step, that your mood can change even without a cigarette.
