Can I use my Flamy Premium version on different devices?
Yes, you can use your subscription on multiple devices at the same time regardless of whether it's iOS or Android.
Are subscriptions renewed automatically?
All Flamy subscriptions are automatically renewed to avoid service interruptions. In the App Store (iOS) or Play Store settings (Android), you can manage your subscriptions and disable automatic renewal.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store (iOS) or the Play Store (Android).
I purchased my subscription through Google Play and would like a refund. What can I do?
If you would like a refund for your Flamy subscription, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Send a copy of your receipt to our support team at .

Refunds for payments made through Apple can only be approved by Apple. Please contact Apple Support within 14 days of the purchase date.
Is it possible to change the language used in the app?
Yes, open the menu and select your preferred language in the top right corner.
Can I use the Flamy app anonymously?
Apart from the buddy function, you can use the app anonymously. However, we advise you to create a user account so that you can restore your data when you change devices.
How can I change the currency displayed in the app?
We have no direct influence on the currency that is displayed to you, this must be changed in your account settings.
Open the Google Play Store App

Under Payment Profile, search for Country/Region. This section displays your current country, which is also what your version of Google Play is based on.
Open the Settings app
Tap on your name and then on Media & Purchases
Tap on Show account
Tap Country/Region and then on Change country or region
